Congratulations to Michael Mandanas, the new clean air ambassador to Central Oklahoma!
He will represent the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) Get Your Own Square of Clean Air campaign. GetSquare is meant to educate Oklahomans about ground ozone and promote positive changes within the community. The ambassador will be the face of the Get Your Own Square of Clean Air campaign, will appear in up to 10 media events each month and will participate in other public appearances throughout the year.
Ground ozone reduction is important because it causes smog, asthma attacks and general pollution of the lungs and planet.
